Minimum speed

Hey all, I just wanted to ask, is it possible to set a minimum speed for ships? That way when someone brakes the speed will only go down to a certain speed instead of stopping completely.

You could give all ships huge masses, then if you brake, the inertia will take the ship on for a loooong time. However, it would take the same tame to get to full speed.
