Warp Disruptor Buoy?

I was looking through the Solar/Misc folder with HardCMP and came across a warp_disruptor_buoy.3db I've never seen this in game before...what is it something that fires cruise disruptors at passing ships? Or maybe disable the ability to go to cruise in an area around it?

OK forget the idle curiosity need some actual help with something. I tried to make the blhazard in NY act like a jumphole...yeah...didn't work. I used HardCMP to add a DockMount to it and two DockPoints in front of it. I then pretty much copied the solararch entry for the jumphole and pasted it below the blhazard entry. After I added the necessary lines like a jumpgate to the hazard in NY it looked like it would work..showed like I could dock but when i tried it just went into the cinematic scene and went straight in direction it was headed. So could anyone tell me what I need to do for this to work...or possibly how to make a secondary jumphole that would look like the blhazard?

You are on the right track. Be sure to also add in the dock camera - that is a necessary hardpoint.

The page that links to is Forbidden or so it says. But in the badlands in NY next to where the Baxter Station was in one of the missions there is a little glowing thing that looks like a small sun or something. In its cmp there is only an FX Hardpoint so I'm trying to make it dockable.
