I need help editing a mod fo LAN use only

I have the WTS 2.0 and want to ethier make most people like me namely the EA and Outcast OR I want to change ship locations. Can and will anyone help me with this.

Well you could use 'Freelancer Explorer' or just edit 'market_ships.ini'. Hope this helps.
