What on earth are you talking about? I for one have no clue! FLMM is version 1.31 - and thats it. TNG may use Ver 1.7 or 2.0 for the FREELANCER.EXE file - which has nothing to do with FLMM whatsoever!!

Suggest you ask at www.starfyrestudios.com in regards to this, as those are the people who made it, and they would be best to answer your questions.

*edit*- after thought:

Here is an example - go to your C:\program files\freelancer mod manager\mods\TNG's mod folder (not sure what its called).

In there you will see a file called script.xml - it has a little icon that looks like the world.

Right click on it, and open with notepad.
You will see something like this below (please note this is an example and not what you will actually see when you open theirs!).

<script>
<header name="1.29 DEV Version 1.00" savesafe="true">
<scriptversion>
1.3
</scriptversion>

Note the <scriptversion> </scriptversion> tags - and inbetween them is a number.
It SHOULD say 1.2 or 1.3 or something. IF it says 2.0 - then change it to 1.3 (as long as you have FLMM ver 1.3 installed of course!)

Then save, exit, and open FLMM up and try activating the mod!
