in case you did not know colorado is a state in the usa and although there is alot of mexicans there it is not part of mexico
also the hispania arived in the wrong place were there were few plants and so people just left the hispania and most ended up being criminals

A little history too. Hispania is in referrance to Spain, not Mexico. Mexico had a few Spainuards come there, but was mostly Myans, Aztecs and so forth.
