Ok can someone plz tell me what the numbers on this mean. How do they relate to the difficulty of missions. The mission level in the game goes to what 37 or 38, im not sure. But there are only like 22 entries here.

Basically i need someone to tell me how i get level 1 missions to be this price, level 2 missions to be this price...etc all the way up to 37 or 38 or whatever.
