Didn''t see this in n00b q''s...
how do i make the Adv. Gaurdian Graviton Shield, or other stuff, thats not usually availible, availible? (like nomad energy disrupter)
Erm, the Adv. Guardian Shield is available by default. If you really meant that shield then you should better not try mod FL since you wouldn't even know such basics. ^^
If you meant the Adv. Champion shield, well, you will have to make a base sell it by adding an entry in market_misc.ini in each base that should sell it.
