i need some tools of ships,weapons editor in mod

i wann to edit ships and weapons in mod.likd HP.armor.fire damage.fire rate
also i wann to create some new things.
so i need some tools for that.!!!!

download Freelancer SDK then look in the forums for one of the MANY tutorials on these topics.
