Help me to change the ship states

i get a sever from a friend.i must manage it .but i know nothing
now i'm studying.@^_^@
i want to change the states of some ships.like Max weapons class.Optinal weapons class.top speed when use afterburn.the armor of ships.damage of weapons.flying speeding. all states of ships

Please teach me how to change the states on my own ship.and how to change the states on every ship on the sever

check data/ships folder .. it`s shiparch.ini ..

then look around on forums, all info you need can be found there

i have another question.
how to change stats only on my own ships?
and how to change stats on all the ships on the sever?
does it need to make a mod? or only edit some *.ini files on my computer?

to change all of them you have to go one by one through the ini's. its long and tedious but most can handle it. all you have to do is change some simple pieces of text. but some are more complex as they have formulas. search the forums for info.
