Gravitational Anomaly from Benford

Has anyone been able to create an object like the gravitational anomaly near benford station in a MP game (it show up in mission 4, but is not there if you go back to the location later).

Add this to your system file, remember to add the closing square bracket and change the position.

[Object
nickname = freaky_glowing_thing
ids_name = 55022
pos = -8483, 0, 76817
Archetype = blhazard
atmosphere_range = 600
burn_color = 225, 200, 255
ids_info = 55023
visit = 128

Well, I am not certain if this is what you are after, but to put an anomaly like the one near Benford or Baxter near Sprague (in SP right after you meet Sinclair) in a system, all you need to do is add an entry for one of these 2 solars:
"bl_hazard" or "baxter_hazard" (I believe these are the names; check in Data\Solar\solararch.ini to make certain). One is kinda diffuse and gaseous-looking, and the other (I think this one is the bl_ one) is a harder, crisper looking one.

I am not at my comp right now, so I can't give you complete example from one of my files, but if you have a base or something where you want this anomaly to be, look at its position ( "pos = (#), (#), (#)" ) in the system's ini (Data\Universe\Systems\Li01\Li01.ini, for example, for NY) and make your anomaly have a position that is just maybe 1000 m off from each of the base's numbers.
This is an example:
If you want one near Fort Bush, look in Systems\Li01\Li01.ini for "li01_11" which is Ft Bush's nickname; once you find it, take note of its position (we'll use "10000, 0, -20000" for this example, even though these aren't the exact coordinates). Now add an entry for the hazard/anomaly, and make its position 1000 off from Ft Bush's coordinates: "9000, 0, 19000." This should make it somewhere close to the Tradelane from Manhattan, or perhaps around Baltimore Shipyard (not sure since I'm away, but this is close). Go check to see

I will give a better and more complete example when I get home; should be a few hours or so.

Ah, yes, Accushot gave you the entry that you need to add. So just change that position, and you cause either "bl_hazard" or "baxter_hazard" for the archetype. And FLExplorer is an outstanding tool for doing this

Works like a charm, thanks.

Now two other questions that may be trickier...
1. Can you change their color?
2. Can you make them hard to see/invisible to sensors at long distances?
