Starting New Mod - Help Wanted

Greetings.

I'm starting a new mod and i'll need a couple of modders to work with me on this one cuz i only know how to work with some of the stuff i need.

I'll need someone that has a nice solid ground on freelancing coding to add a few new features. Since some of these new features are already implemented on other mods, if the author just wants to contribute with that share of code, i'd be most grateful and the author (and his mod) will be fully credited of course.

What can i do?
I'm a 3d Modeler and 2d artist as well. I can also mess aroudn with the exisiting stuff in game , such as ships and equipment stats and places were things are sold.

Who do I need?
* Someone who knows how to build systems (tradelanes wont be required tho)
* Someone that knows how to code in new features
* Someone to help me change alot of the stuff in game such as where ships and equips are sold, the stats of the equipemnts and ships etc.

What is the mod all about?
The aim of the mod is to get from 2 to 5 factions to engange in a battle for system domination. Each faction will be flying one specific ship, the idea right now is to grab the Eagle, the hammerhead, the Titan, the Anubis and the Sabre. Each ship will be adjusted so that they all have their advantages and weaknesses, but are still quite even generally speaking.

Same thing goes for weaponry. Each faction will have it's own unique weapons but in the end, all balanced for gameplay sake. Hardpoints however should have specific weapon types, such as 2 for beam weapons, 2 for missile weapons and 2 for any.

It is mostly aimmed at RPGers and a website (updated by the admins) will keep tabs on the progress of the war.
