INI file reading

When I open the .INI files with notepad, all I see is gibberish. What do I need to use to read and edit the INI files?

Download and apply this: flsdk1.3 by EOA.

Ye would possibly be thinking, in a forum so massive as this, which is dedicated to the modding of FL, that perhaps the secrets of reading the ini file be paraded around openly.

If you look for them, they will come......

Erm, to clarify - ye be seekin answers.

If you LOOK (as in use search function!), they will come (it will bring up results).

I preffer the "human" search engine, I.E., other people who know what a certain somthing is and where it can be found.
