Some texturing problems

This is the dumbest thing that I've ever seen.

My ship has it's textures perfectly set in Milkshape but when I export the .cmp's and .mat's into FL the textures go wierd and black zones appear on the hull.
In the texture .tga there are black zones but the textures are worked around this in milkshape so I was wondering does Fl take a center point of the texture and pick a point on the hull and match the points up to texture or is this just my computer havin a laugh???

It's eyes were completly devoid of life,
Empty Orbs that took in the world with an unfeeling gaze,
A thin trail of blood ran from a fresh wound,
But it would not or could not tend to it,
Only one thing ever brought a spark of vitality,

you need to mirror the texture vertically before exporting it to the mat. It's a bug in the cmp exporter

I'm sorry, excuse me, but
I NEED TO DO WHAT NOW???

I alreadt have the .dds files but it doesn't work and when i import it it looks fine

any ideas
