another question cmp files

What program can I use to convert cmp files into something that milkshape3D can read? Also, is it possible to convert them into files that gmax can read?

There is a .cmp importer for Milkshape in the download section here...just search for it, and as far as i know, there is no .cmp importer for gmax/3ds Max...for Max to be able to use them, just export the file from Milkshape (once you've imported it from the .cmp) to something it can use, which i think is .3ds - someone correct me if i'm wrong, as i don't use 3ds Max/gmax...
