Milkshape Importer problems?

I have imported several models without problems using the milkshape cmp importer, however, I have tried to import the Legionnaire and the Titan, but for some strange reason the wings are pointed upwards? I understand milkshape has some problems importing, especially with bay doors, I usually fix these easily, but the Titan has a strange model, and the wings seem to be tilted at an angle, cause they dont fit directly on the ship fuselage...

Is there anyway I can fix this, or is there another importer out there?

the importer isnt perfect (as no software is).

it has some problems with a few models, but works good in general.
i dont think there is a way to "fix" this.

ah, and there are no other importers yet.

Yes, I know that nothing is perfect, I was just wondering if there was a way to fix it? other then rotating the wings lol, but it seems like thats what im gonna do.
