Good programs for making systems/editing objects?

Whats a good, easy to use (hopefully...) program for editing + creating systems and/or moving + creating objects?

I prefer creating systems with editing the ini files, but that's complicated, so most people who don't know that much about editing ini's or prefer to use an easier to use program, use Freelancer Explorer. Check the downloads section. It should be there.

Notepad.
easy to use, comfortable, you see what you get, no fancy codegenerators, available to everyone, ...hmm, yay, ...
