How do you make all factions completely neutral to the player at the start of an SP game?

I'm sure there is a way to do this easily, but a way I know is start a game, save, and then load the save with Ioncross Character Editor and drag the slider for "all factions" up to its max

Well, I want them all neutral, not friendly, but I guess I'll just have to do that.

If you want them all neutral you can just slide it to the middle instead
