*HELP* Cap ships are spinning

Whenever I put my Capital Ships into my game they just keep spinning how can i fix this! Please Help!

Your rotation inertia is probabily too low - increase it.

but ya, its funny getting rammed by starcrappers - u keep spinning and spinning. and they keep ramming you -> even more spinning -> headache after a minute
