Any known reasons for CTD when changing Powerplant?

Hello all, I have made several custom ships now. I have added them to the game, along with their own engines, a new powerplant, and a new shield. Two of these work perfectly; I've never had any crashes with them. But my last one will crash when I buy a new powerplant and try to launch. I can buy the ship, fly it, and have eberything work fine until I buy a new powerplant. This then causes the server to kick me. I don't know why.
If anyone knows a reason for this off the top of their head, could you please tell me? (i.e. just a common cause for htis, a commonly messed up line, anything like that)
If anyone needs to see the ini's to answer, just let me know, and I can put them on here for some examination.

Just a possibility but have you tried changing the name? The CRC numbers generated internally come out pretty random but theoretically two different names could produce the same CRC and confuse the hell out of FL!

Hmm, what do you mean by change the name? I am unsure.
And change the name of what? The ship, the powerplant .. :-/ Sorry, but I am not certain what you mean. Thanks so much for replying!
I won't be able to respond for 2 weeks now; my family is going on vacation for a while. So that is why I can't repond fora while - I'm not ignoring any help, I just can't see it right now

But thanks to anyone who has an idea.
