Hardpoints do not rotate like I want!!!

Hi everyone!
This is really crazy! I made two new turret hardpoints on a shipmodel from Baene (the outrider from the Asgard RPG Mod).
At first I set them to fully rotate, like normal turrets do. Everything worked well, but I realized, that I was able to shoot right through the main wing of my ship. So I set some limits for the turrets rotating.
Now the first turret can rotate 210 degrees to the left and 5 degrees to the right. The second turret can rotate 5 degrees to the left and 210 degrees to the right. But now my first turret only rotates 180 degrees to the left and the second only 180 degrees to the right. If I want them to rotate more than 180 degrees (e.g.: 200 degrees), they rotate just back to the normal position, facing forward. I also tried higher numbers for both (240 and 10, also 300 and 10), but this didn't help. Is there anyone, who knows how to make them rotate more than 180 degrees in one direction?
If you need some more information (maybe other numbers, or the orientation of the turret) please write it in this thread, and I will post them as fast as possible. I tried to solve this problem for a long time and read all threads about hardpoints in the forums, but all this did not help.I'm also not so good at making new hardpoints, so please help!!!

how bout put the actual numbers you edited in with the utf editor so we can see instead of writing the degrees they are suppoesed to turn. Since that most likely is the problem.

Black_Eagle...

I encountered that same problem a long time ago... and guess what... when you want your turret rotate 360 degrees you just add the value of 6.283185 from your min and max... Now if you want to limit the rotation of your turret like 5 degrees to right and 210 degrees to the left, this will be an issue to fl and your 210 degrees to the left will work up to 180 degrees only. Tried many methods and fl will still give 180 degrees rotation.

Still a thought... i tried to limit the y axis (gun up/down) and this too cannot be limited. i mean what ever your value is your gun can still point up 45 degrees...

Please help!
My hardpoints still only rotate up to 180 degrees to one direction and I don't know why. If there is no possibility to solve the problem, I can also change the orientation of the hardpoint.
I tried to change the orientation of the turret, so that it faces backwards or to the left/right. But somehow it won't work. What do I have to change in the orientation to make my turrets facing to the left/right??
I already tried this for Orientation:

i don't think the left one is correct, I know there is a tut somewhere on here which goes over the numbers for hardpoint orientation, but sometimes what's best is to look for a ship whos gun is orientated in the same direction you want yours oriented in. For instance the dromedary has turrets which face to the left and right, so look up in the utf editor how those are

I got the turrets to work. They are now facing to the left/right. So they only have to rotate 90 degrees to each side! I think that Sun Striker is also right, because I wasn't able to make my turrets rotate more than 180 degrees (except of rotating 360 degrees), but my problem is solved now!
