Star Wars Ship Mod Request

Greetings!

I was wondering if some one has or will in the future be making a mod consiting of the V-19 Torrent fighter from the "Clone Wars" shorts on Cartoon Network?

The Offical Star Wars Databank has this for the information (Make sure to check the "Behind the Scenes" section as well)
