I'm new at MOD'ing. How would I mod my allies and enemies?

Hi, welcome to TLR!

Changing how they relate to each other, as in how friendly they get when you kill a bunch of your enemies is controlled in empathy.ini

Changing how they see you in a saved game can be changed by downloading Ioncross character editor. Good luck
