Kewl Idea, wondering if its possible?!?

Hey all,

I had a kewl idea for an addition to my "mod in progress", I'm not sure if it has been thought of before but whatever, here goes... You know how nanobots replenish your hull, and sheild bats replenish your sheild, well... I am curious, is it possible to make something new, like energy bats (when used they replenish your energy). If so.. how? TIA!

Short answer: I believe not. IIRC, the functions of bats/bots are hardcoded into the EXE file, so you can't make an extra one for weapon energy. What you can do instead though, and indeed many mods already have, is to have extra energy generators you can mount on your ship. I don't know how to do that though, run a forum search
