bit of a problem with system creating

using freelancer explorer the new one which works great the first time, makes a new dll and the systems run lovely. I go back into fle and edit it again and then as soon I try to go into the new system it crashes. This only happens if I load fle and it doesn't ask me if I want to add the my mods dll? anyone know what this is?

Welcome to my world, join the club.....I cant do crap in Freelancer Explorer, hecll yeah it helped, but i dont understand how to make missions work in it.
