Missions for own factions??

Ok i have succesfully made myself an own faction and a planet for them but how can I create NPC's in the bar and how can I make missions for my faction ??

Mbases.ini - newbie thread, see populating bar with NPC's and missions - use the post above by me (stickied small one) which contains stacks of info, as well as an indexed link to everything in the threads
