The "pilot" and texture probs..HELP!

Ok, this *might* have been covered, but there is a LOAD of posts to sift through, so i will ask my questions!

First, I made a ship, got it in Freelancer, it's a good size, but for some reason the pilot seems just a bit too big. Is there a way to make em a bit smaller? Maybe the size of the face you use to place the pilot hard point? Hope someone can answer this one heh.

Second, on this same ship, all my hardpoint mounts that i made don't show up for some reason. Not sure what the deal is, but i used the same texture for all of them, only 4 of them will not show up. Any suggestions? I think this one might be a shiparch problem, but i'm not sure.

Third, all the textures i set for the interior of the cockpit are NOT showing up at all. Again, i used a texture that is working just fine outside the ship, to be sure, but nothing shows up inside, which is a problem.

Any help would ROCK! Thanks in advance guys!

per inside and outside of textures not showing up. How are you doing the transparency on the glass? Is the glass in a group of it's own? You can have mixed opacity levels a single .dds or targa, but occasionally it will cause problems such as this. You can also try regrouping your window section into a group of it's own, and see if that causes the interior textures to reshow rather then looking through them... or though, that ins't something you specified... is it still visible but just untextured, or is it completely see through as in looking our into space?

Completely see thru, into space...the underlying models are not showing up at all under the cockpit. The glass has it's own group, AND i used the glass.tga texture from Freelancer....the glass itself is showing perfectly, just nothing underneath it

take a pic,
a picture can say a thousand words, (unless you use google, then one word can come up with millions of pictures )

try deleting all groups which you are using the glass texture on, then look at it in game, this is to test whether the problem is through a result of your glass group, or if the problem lies within the mesh of the cockpit interior.
