New Systems?

What tools are good and easy to use making new systems, and how do you use them? I've heard about a tool called FLE ("Viktor's New System" here on Lancersreactor), but I would like to hear about some other tools, and get a "review" about them.
I'm a newbie on this stuff, so I need some advice here...

FL Explorer it is. easy to use, good for overall work and definately a good tool to start with. it shouldnt be hard to find it in the download section.

anyway, i still prefer the goo' ol' notepad for this task

I downloaded FL Explorer and tried to make a new system. However, it didn't let me add jumpholes or jumpgates to other systems.

Go into the newbies questions thread at the top of this forum. Page 6 has an explanation. There is also, probably, a tutorial on this subject in the tutorial forum.
Edit= Just checked. There is a tutorial in the tutorial forum. It's by Giskard. Also, ignore the post by zero117. You can add jump gates/holes with FLE.

But I can't find FLE anywhere! Where did you find it, Zero117. Does anybody else know a place to look?

FLE is Freelancer: Expolorer - have a check in the EOA players consortium forums listed about 9 down from this forum
