HELP !!! infoCard for a new system HELP !!!

How can i create a infoCard (Settled Planets, Bases, Criminals and Corporations) for a new system?? What tools do i need? And is there any tutorial for this?? I need it immediately PLEASE HELP ME

Download fled-ids, it's the best tool I've found for infocards. Find a free number, doesn't matter THAT much what it is. You have to enter your infocard in xml, so copy the ids_info entry 66106 (NY) into your new entry and make the necessary changes. Now, to apply the infocard you've just made, open up Universe.ini, and in the entry for your system, simply replace the ids_info number with the one you created. Simple
