Creating Shiparch.ini''s???

I have a ship made, but I need to know how to make a ShipArch.ini

Just a quick review, to make a hardpoint I just copy a face and call is Hp/Fixed/HpWeapon01 or whatever you are making a Hardpoint for, is that right?

Hp/Fixed/HpThruster01 Hp/Revolute/HpWeapon01 Weapons should be revolute hard points. Make sure you use the straight up and down line and not slash or back slash.
In order to make a new addition to your shiparch.ini just copy one from your current shiparch.ini to notepad. Try to get one that is as close as possible to the ship you have built as far as addons etc. go. Make the changes nescessary in new notepad .txt. Once you've got your shiparch addition ready make a backup of your original shiparch.ini then add your ship.
Warning. I'm pretty new at this myself but if you're desperate enough to post the same topic twice in three days and to bump a 4 hour old post I guess you'll take what you can get.

edit = Sorry,forgot the part about .cmp converter. I'm not sure what you mean but if your talking about importing/exporting with milkshape check the editing utilities forum and look for bakedpotato's utilities sticky. He included plugins in there.
