I'm no pro to modding, but not a total noob, either. My friend and I are creating our mod, with success; however there is one point we seem to have hit a wall at.
In searching the mod forums, I have found no real info on selling engines. Chips detailed some info in his excellent tutorial thread, but it doesn't seem to work with engines. I have all the proper entries in the goods.ini, engine_goods.ini and even misc_goods.ini, to no avail. No matter what, it seems that if you have a spare engine, unmounted, when you highlight it to sell, the sell button is replaced by a red text message, "You cannot sell your engine". I can, however BUY a different engine. Any suggestions? Have I missed something? Be much obliged for any help on this. I have researched this through the forums and haven't found anything; I don't expect you guys to do my work for me!
