Freelancer faction creating tool

I was wondering if anyone has created a tool for faction creating. Please dont ignore me because this is my first post.

Don't think so man. From what I hear EOA is working on getting FL Explorer to edit factions, but that's the only faction tool rumor I've heard. If you really want to make a new faction you should check out Chips' Newbie Questions thread. I think somewhere around page 28 or 29 has a really complete faction adding explanation. Good luck.

Edit: Figured I should come back and point out the fact that I used the word "Rumor" above. I don't have any real knowledge on whether or not EOA is doing anything of the sort.
