What on earth do you want to hear? That you can click on a button and it will disable MP? Sounds ridiculous!!! How about you just DON'T CLICK ON IT!! ITs called self control/willpower.
Why would you want a mod to do what just a little willpower can do? or is it that you have a sibling who plays on computer at this game that you want to deny? At that point, i suggest you merely install it under your own windows profile, so that unless they log on as you (password protected) they cannot play the game (only available on your profile).

Other than that:
Get 28k modem.
Unplug modems/rename the Freelancer.exe file

No, no, no, no! You don't understand. Sir Spector was acusing me of assisting the cheaters in MP, so I want to know how to stop them for future mods. Like making it just crash on MP button press or something.

Mod everything for them, so that when they log onto a server they get booted for cheating?

easiest way: you reshack to change the version number to soemthign like 6.67 so they can't play MP without turning off the mod.
