Hey, I am wondering if there is any system editor, to make your own system with your own bases, planets etc.
anyone knows one ?

Freelancer Explorer - available here from TLR. Check Downloads section. It has all the tools you'll need to make a system completely from scratch or just fiddle around with some already in the game
