Problem with BiniQDU

I was not sure where to post this, so I decided to put it here. Sorry if its in wrong forum...

Anyway, as I wanted to download BiniQDU, because I reformatted my PC and I needed QDU again. Anyway as I went to install it I get this message:

Setup cannot continue because some system files are out of date on your system. Click OK if you would like setup to update these files for you now. You will need to restart Windows before you can run setup again. Click cancel to exit setup without updating system files.

I clicked OK couple times, my PC restarts but I still can not install Bini, anybody know what’s the problem and what could be the solution?

No idea leonhart - but you can get the SDK instead - they are all decompressed, and with things like Mbases and Shiparch, the problems associated with decrypting with Bini have been fixed as well. Much easier
