I am curious if anyone has released the file format for compressed INI files. I have noticed a few decompressors and I was wondering if I could possibly be told how they work as I am writing a system creation wizard for extreme n00bs and I would like to be able to decompress the ini files directly from my program rather than do a call to bini. I did search for this with no success so if this has already been posted than all I request is the link to the topic.

Note: This is mostly likely in the wrong forum, but the general editing forum was returning a 500 Internal Server error when I tried it...
