How can i make new weapons, like new weapon effects and how the bullet looks and then the guns properties.

And how can i add the new weapons into the game so that they can be used in Single Player. Ex can be bought from manhatan.

you can't make guns for now but you can mix existing ones with others to make new effects

yeah you can but you need to be a really intense 3D modeller
