Ship Purchase rep dependent?

For Example, Defender from market_ships.ini:

marketgood = le_package, 2, -1 , 0, 0, 1, 1, 1

In this case, the Defender (listed above) could be sold to someone who is hostile, and if I am reading this ini line correctly in the market_ships.ini correctly, the third entry (-1) should be the repuptation required in order to purchase a ship from a particular faction. Is this correct?

marketgood = coe2_package, 32, -1, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1

Generally speaking, to allow a ship to be sold at the base you change the last 6 numbers to:

-1, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1

To stop it being sold there you change the same numbers to:

-1, 0, 0, 1, 1, 1

Thats about it really.

The above was done by Accushot and is in the newbe thread. You should be able to change the negative to 0 or 1 and it be sold to you with neutral rep rather than having to have favorable rep.

Check the thread for a lot more info. Newbie Questions Hope this helps.

You can have it selling for whatever rep you like - from -1 to 1 , but only works in SP like that.
