Base Names-Ini File Equivalent

I understand that there is somewhere a list of all FL bases, and the nickname they correspond to in files like the market_ships.ini and the like. I was hoping someone might direct me towards this.

The closest thing that I have found are
1. This forum there are many post listing bases etc.
2. IonCross has TXT files that install with it all the different things in the game are listed in the TXT file as "ioncross # = FL nick name,the name you know it as" it has been very helpful for me.
