hold size corrupted

I've never had this problem before with edited hold sizes but now hold always says 250 in hold when hold is empty leaving with only 50 to use with size of 300. It doesn't matter what ship either, in fact with default hold size of Eagle (70) it comes up with a -180 and hold full. I did search for answer but didn't find one and if it has been solved I must not have searched hard enough.

Go back and look at file that you made changes to. Check every line that you edited and look for a mistake.
If you cant find an error I suggest you start with a clean file.
Need all the ini files already decompressed
Try the Freelancer SDK v1.3
FreelancerSDK is set of decompressed ini files(over 1200) from the original game of Freelancer, you can use this package to make your mod making life easier since it contains fixes for all the major errors in the original source. It also fixes the errors caused from decompression using bini.

I figured it out. It wasn't really corrupted, it was actually correct. As you know, missles, guns and the like don't take up hold space it not mounted. Well I was editing the Wasp Missle(cruise disruptor) and changed the volume to 5, well 5 x 50 = 250. The space that was being used by the missles. Changed it back to 0 and all is cool now. Made the Wasp missle more damaging.
Thanks for replying though bakedpotato.
