What about, editing the station's .something file, so that a spot where you can add your propagand/whatever?

Let's say, my clan (The Order) wan't to add a propaganda spot to Newark, so that everyone that's launching from Manhattan in the New York system can see it.
The Admin on the server (or someone else) add's a spot on the texture, where it says "Join The Order. Homepage..." and so on. Then you pay the admin with... um... hm... something. Do you get what i mean? Or should i just duck for all the incoming crazy flamers that are gonna flame me to the next week?
