How do I add people to new custom bases?

I've spent the better part of the last two and a half days reading in these forums. A search tools is VERY much needed here!

Without a search tool I have determined that every time somebody does a "new system" tutorial, or a "new base" tutorial, they stop just before getting to the part where you actually make the base USEFUL! In other words, just before they get to the part where CHARACTERS (like the equipment trader) are added, they poop out on the tutorial and the base remains empty and useless.

I have not found anything on adding vendors to new bases. I also wish somebody would post the new system tutorial on Respawn UK somewhere else. Respawn seems to have deleted everything or all of the links are totally screwed up.

What I need is some fairly thorough instructions on how to add vendors to my bases.

I also need a posting of the CORRECTED decompressed mbases.ini file. On another website, the webmaster was doing a series on new system creation and he made the comment that decompressing the mbases.ini file (using bini and other decompressors) creates a number of errors in this file. He was going to post a corrected version of the file and never got around to doing it.

If anyone can help with either of these issues, please respond. I'm not the only one looking for this info

Thanks in advance.

Yes, i can help. I have answered this in Newbie Questions look no further.
Have a peek. I cannot remember which thread, but Newbie Questions Look No Further 2 has a index on the first page to the first thread. If you cannot see it in there, then go through the pages of that thread instead. It IS there, trust me
