Factions for Mod

Hi

Me and another mate are making a mod that has rebalanced factoins, new ships,new systems, new weapons and factions hopefuly.

The only thing is i cant seem to get my new faction to work and i have tried numerous times and it always crash's on the Freelancer start-up screen.

Could anyone help me out or even make the Faction for me =)

No one really makes a mod for someone unless they know that you capable of doing something with what their going to give you. What is you mod and how much is done?

I can tell you that all the entries for fractions are in:
equipment\commodities_per _fraction.ini (or something like that)
missions\fraction_prop.ini
missions\...ini (can't remember)
initial_world.ini

I think you also need a Freelancer Save Game Editor to alter the MPnewcharacter file than can be found in the EXE directory, and also to edit existing save-games/mpaccounts to make 'em compatible with the extra faction.

There are a couple of Save Game editors around, you can find 'em both in the downloads section.

its aproxametly 70% done
I have added guns, new ships,new systems are almost completed and a few other things like unlocking of all the sp systems.

i followed some tutorials step by step but it crash's everytime on the startup screen.
