Looking for server side mods for alaska

I thought since I've opened the jumpgate to alaska on my server, I'd like to add some content there to give it some purpose. Maybe encounters to keep players entertained, or minable rocks. Is there a server side mod in existance that can do this for me?

The Terra Empire Mod will supposedly do this. At least, thats what Ive been told.
