Dynamics Changeable?

Okay, I've read what is possible and not possible using modding/tools in teh sticky threads at the beginning of the forum. One thing that I'd like to do, but am not sure if it is possible is to dynamically change station positions/station(or planet) faction control/ships in the game. For example, you perform several major missions for the outcasts, one which directly attacks a nearby Zoner station, in doing so you enable the station to be controlled by the outcasts. Is this type of dynamic change possible? Or gaining control of a particular research station allowing the faction with which you are affiliated to sell new ship types, etc. The last thing I'd like to do would be to employ (through talking in the bar) a construction personnel to build a station for you, not in creating a new faction, but giving you essentially a position in a faction. From here you could hire computer fighters to accompany you on mission, etc. Personally I thought that the idea of continuing on forever after the single-player campaign was done was a great idea, but it ran out too fast for me. None of the mission you perform afterwards actually change anything, you just get more money. I thought that dynamic changes would add loads to replayability and the overall fun. Please let me know if any of these types of changes are possible. Thanks.

well, all the faction data is defined in the inis, and FL reads that when it loads up, and no other time; so I guess you could have it changing, but would have to restart the game to see a change.
