What''s the best moding program for FL?

I've done some modding in 1st person shooters, but i've never did anything like freelancer ships. So what do you think is the best program to make models/ships/mods for Freelancer? thx - Pheo

I guess milkshape. I forgot the url to the download, but Im sure someone could tell you. That is probaly the worst modder though. If you want something like what Microsoft uses, youll need $200-1500 dollars. At least, thats what I heard. Im sure if you looked around you could find another free modding program.
