System Creation Tool

Hi, im in the process of making a tool for creating systems, and was wondering if anyone would like to help me with the creation of this tool. i recall something about the guys responsible for the FL SDK making a similar too, a while back. but havent heard anything since. anyhoo thanx in advance.

As you might have seen , i will shortly stop the development of Freelancer Explorer.
After 7 months i am kind of tired of it
So I am looking for someone with a good C++/Mfc experience to take the relay.
Warning some parts also required DX9 knowledge.
