Will TNG mod, or any (almost total) conversion work with international releases?

Before I download all 40+ megs, I would like to know if it would work on my version.

yes, it definately will work together!!! ( just the new names and infocards are in english)
the TNG mod is also played on the gamestar premium servers (www.gamestar.de/premium)
