Sabre mod questions

Some time ago I saw a mod on the mian page the makes the Sabre available in Manhattan right at the start of the game... I intended to check it out sometime but now I can't find it.

- what's it called?

- where can I download it?

- how do I use it?

There's only two types of people who play Freelancer:
-Those who think the Sabre is the best ship;
