I'm the Lead Commuinty Relations of a well organized, very skilled, and very helping design team: Merlord Design Studios.
We are designing for all games and are also making several programs which we plan to sell so we can pay our staff. But please understand that projects made for games are freeware and not all programs will be sold.
We work professionally, when I say this I mean that we organize ourselves before we do anything. Staff relations is very important in our team- We all help each other in projects and keep everyone motivated, thus creating many excellent projects!

[color=blueMDSS Staff[/color: Jobs under this department are designing postitions.
[color=blue'Lead [Job name eg: Scenario Designer'[/color: Each job has a 'lead', the Lead is in charge of the people doing that particular job, he/she organizes the group of people doing that job and keeps their work in good shape.
[color=blueMDSS Coordinator[/color: The Coordinators makes sure that everything is going on plan.
[color=blueMDSS Community[/color: The people in this department are the people that answer public questions and give information about the team. The Product Publicisers market our projects, the Recruiters are in charge of recruiting people and Community Relations is the people that keep the public informed.
[color=blueMDSS Web Development Team[/color: The people under this department are the web developers of the team, designing websites for Merlord Studios and important projects.
