WTS-world, ship doesn''t show up in planet scenes

First what a great mod, made me get int fl again.
My question...So far just bought a tie fighter, and it works fine, but in the in-base screens, it's invisible. So is this a normal limitation of the ship mods, or did my install no go right? I use the flmmodinstaller btw. Thanks.

that shouldn't happen. Are you up to checking and editing some files?

What/how/huh files? Could someone please post al link, or just tell me how i would go about this? Thanks for the help.
